I am working with a Bristol based client that is implementing SuccessFactors globally. This position sits within an HR/People Systems and Data team as part of this HR Transformation and is responsible for enabling the definition of organisational structures and roles and the allocation of resource to specific roles.
To break this down further, this role is responsible for Position Management within the SuccessFactors Employee Central module, and you will work closely with senior leaders to help define the strategy and vision for Position and Organisation Management in addition to processes and governance. Managing a team of four, this is very much a data led role to build a visual organisation architecture and the mapping of all positions across the business.
You must possess experience of SuccessFactors preferably within a large corporate alongside experience of position and organisational management and organisational design. You will possess very strong data and reporting skills. The company operates a flexible working policy so you will only need to spend 3-4 days in the office which is based in close walking distance to Bristol Temple Meads train station.
