For this job role you'll be joining a technology business with c3000 employees across over 100 markets. Started nearly 40 years ago, they've been going from strength to strength. Their Head of Talent Acquisition is now seeking an expert on Workday to come in and support them with projects on an interim basis.
Joining as a Workday Consultant you will be completing a project which will last for a minimum of 3 months. This will be clean-up exercise where you will need to improve the quality of data and processes and fix errors to ensure better reporting capability. You'll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Ops to ensure the correct governance and controls are in place and complete process mapping.
