My client, a leading Management Consultancy is looking for a Work Allocation Manager to join its growing team. A global organisation which has doubled in size over the last two years and continues to be in accelerated growth mode. A really fast paced and dynamic firm with an impressive client base.
As the firm grows so does its support functions and the Work Allocation team is top of the priority list. Playing such a pivotal role in the allocation of projects and the professional development of all its consultants the business are keen to find a talented and passionate Work Allocation Manager to help grow and develop the function.
Reporting into the Work Allocation Director you will ideally have experience or Resource Management gained within professional services and are ready for your next challenge. The function is still in build mode and requires a passionate Resource Manager who is able to influence, guide and advise the business through its next chapters as well as build robust processes for the future. You will be resourceful in building road maps for the business and offering insight into best practice and process for Work Allocation matters along with constructing structure.
