This VP Level Talent Acquisition Leader at an iconic Private Wealth Management firm with a storied history will allow a creatively minded financial or professional services recruiter the opportunity to carve out the firm's first ever center of excellence for recruitment (1000 person headcount), with 1-2 direct reports helping to deliver excellent client service and full cycle recruitment to the firm at large. Lower requisition numbers, low attrition, and a positive view of HR by the business all make this a both a challenging and enjoyable place to work. Bringing strategy and procedural rigor to the function will allow it to move to the next level under a skilled and highly communicative hands on operator and leader who loves recruitment.
