Our client, a small but high caliber scaling environment is seeking a VP of Human Resources to help take their organization to the next level through skillful HR guidance. Interfacing daily with and continually partnering with leadership, this individual will oversee all HR activities for a small employee population (100+) and rapidly growing, while overseeing a small but experienced team of direct reports. The ideal individual will lead strategic recruiting and onboarding practices in a in a fast paced multi-location environment while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify opportunities and organizational needs. You'll help author employee development and career pathing plans, and develop compensation and benefits platforms to draw top talent. Additionally you will develop sustainable practices to foster smooth inter-office communications. Another exciting part of this role includes a heavy leadership development piece, focused on learning and development of all staff as well as top leaders. Conducting management training in house would be a crucial experience to bring to the firm, as well as experience participating in a valuable way within executive staff meetings.
