Our client, a small but highly successful Global Private Equity Firm based in Midtown Manhattan has engaged us in their search for a highly entrepreneurial and creative VP of Diversity and Inclusion to more formally forge their firm's D&I Talent Management function following years of ground work and investment. With a firm headcount in the range of 400 staff, this role is ideal for a skilled Talent Development / Talent Management professional with 8 or more years of relevant experience and a passion and focus on the D&I space from within other financial services or management consulting firms known for their best practices in this HR.
Though the individual hired will serve as an individual contributor, they will be tasked with authoring the strategy and then executing in a hands on way against defined objectives and for all talent attraction, development, and engagement offerings so that the firm may continue their positive trajectory in having their teams better reflect the array of exceptional emerging and established talent in their field. Firm partners are sponsoring this role, and while it will initially focus on building or transforming the firm's programs and platforms, there is a future opportunity to potentially extend this capability into their broader portfolio.
