This is a newly created role at a research & information business where you'll be responsible for managing their flagship Training Academy.
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, your role will be to design and deliver a structured 12 month training programme to support career development and employee engagement. There is a strong learning culture in the business and high value on continuous professional development.
With relevant experience working in a similar L&D programme design and delivery role, you excel in implementing blended learning solutions, leading through all stages, from inception to completion and review.

The business operates a hybrid working model and is happy to consider someone looking to work 4 days per week.
