This is a newly created role at a legal information business where you'll be responsible for managing their brand new Training Academy.
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, your role will be to design and deliver a structured 12 month programme for the Research population to support career development and employee engagement. There is a strong learning culture throughout the business with a high value and emphasis placed on continuous professional development.
With relevant experience working in a similar L&D programme design and delivery role, you'll excel in implementing blended learning solutions, leading through all stages, from inception to completion and review.
