We are currently working on a new and exciting role, with a company that has a global presence.
The role of Total Reward Manager is a new role to the company and will be Dubai based.
The role will be to advise on best practice and contribute to the global planning, design and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes.
Duties will include -
- Will develop and design the short-term incentive plan framework
- You will manage and administer all elements of reward for our senior leadership group, including salary, bonus, and benefits.
- Own the creation of an employment contract template for our senior leadership teams using local businesses for delivery as needed and ensuring compliance with local employment law.
- Proactively own and establish frameworks for minimum standards for core compensation and benefit provision (e.g., life assurances, pension, salary policy)
- Will function as the centre of expertise on Reward, advising businesses as needed, acting as a central depository for global compensation data.
- Assess the effectiveness of current programs in relation to the company objectives and implement change where necessary.
- Experience of designing and implementing Long-Term Incentive Plans
