For one of our Accountancy clients, we are looking to speak to an outstanding HR Generalist who would like to help out the team on a temporary basis. They are looking for someone on an Assistant or Advisory level, as long as you bring strong HR and Recruitment experience to the team. The role can be done by someone who is looking for a part time or full time position.
The client is looking for a driven and organised individual to assist with the day-to-day HR and Recruitment administration. You will make sure it goes as smoothly as possible and help out all employees' queries. It will be an excited hands on role and you will be working in a lovely small team of 5 people, that will be in the office most of the week.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring email inboxes and day-to-day HR administration and keeping the HR system up-to-date.
- Acting as the first point for any HR related queries.
- Being involved with the Recruitment duties. Writing job ads, making notes during interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Assist the Training Advisor with sending invites for external and internal training courses, draft salary increase letter and more.
As the HR Temp you will be involved in all departments within the company. Being in a broad role makes you happy and you like to help out with Recruitment, L&D and wherever your colleagues need assistance with. Preferably you do have experience working in Professional Services.
