I'm currently recruiting for an exciting technology TA specialist (12 months) to be based in London or Dublin. This is a newly created role for a growing financial services business who have identified Dublin has a central technology hub in the coming years.
The TA Specialist will be the first recruiter dedicated to supporting the Dublin office and will lead the significant build out across various platforms including Infrastructure & Engineering, Software Development, Cloud Architecture, Quality Assurance Engineering, Support Data & Analytics and R&D. The role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from directly sourcing candidates to overseeing the interview process and managing offers and approvals. You will also be required to ensure all hiring is in line with the firms Diversity and Inclusion policy and implement wider strategic initiatives to pipeline future talent.
The position requires someone who has previous experience recruiting technology roles (Developers and Engineers) and a good understanding of the IT recruitment market. You must have first-hand experience in headhunting methodologies and experience building talent pools is also required. This role would suit a motivated self-starter who is keen to build a brand within the Dublin market and become an ambassador for the firm.
The role is intended as a temp to perm opportunity and will report into the Head of Recruitment based in London.
