As such, we are urgently recruiting for bright IT/Tech Recruiters (Managers, Technical Leads, Professionals and Sourcers) with deep understanding and solid trackrecord in the IT/Tech space.

You can chose between being based in our client's offices in Madrid, Dublin or Munich, and will be partnering with the wider international HR team, as well as the founders and other Director-level stakeholders in effectively shaping the future of the next FTSE100!

As the company will be going through a significant transformation and growth, at times you will need to challenge the business with new ideas and offer creative solutions to complex issues, while investing in developing and evolving long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The "Must Have's":

  • Hands-on experience recruiting the best IT Devs on the market. Even for the Leads/Managers, we are looking for true tech-enthusiasts that will go far and beyon to secure the top talent on the market and that also have the network, experience and knowledge to do so in full autonomy.
  • Experience working inhouse for a Tech/IT business.
  • Full fluency in English.

The "Nice to Have's":

  • Previous scaleup experience
