I am delighted to be partnering with a global technology business who are looking to recruit a Talent & Performance Manager. This is a newly created role which has an exciting part to play in the ambitious growth plans and overall people strategy. This organisation has gone through a significant amount of change in the last 6 months, rapidly expanding, acquiring new businesses, re-structuring and re-launching its vision, mission and values. Based in 22 countries with a headcount of 2500 this is a great company to work for who are ambitious, reward success and offer fantastic progression.
As the Talent & Performance Manager you will report into the Director of Talent , Learning & Performance and will be responsible for leading various activities under the Talent & Performance programme of work. As this is a new role you will work closely with the business looking at learning infrastructure, performance management, talent management and development for high performers, paying particular attention to how you can mobilize talent and ensure engagement. You will lead the development of the new talent agenda and strategy and own the process and approach for talent assessments aligning this with talent acquisition and succession planning. A significant part of this role will be Early Careers and identifying what avenue would be best to explore and target. This could be graduates, interns or apprenticeships.
To be successful in this role you will be working in a similar position leading talent initiatives with exposure to employee experience, employee engagement, learning and development, talent, OD, employee communications and performance management. You will have a proven successful track record of delivery, design and development programmes as well as excellent project management skills focusing on execution and customer service. You will demonstrate capabilities in leveraging HR metrics to build persuasive business case for change and commitment. Interpret employee engagement survey data and understanding driver analysis in order to identify appropriate interventions. Your focus on talent and ability to implement talent management and performance strategies along with a positive and self-motivated attitude will be of real interest to my client.
Ideally you will have worked within international and global matrix environments where you have worked with centres of excellence and senior stakeholders. If you have any experience of working with psychometric tools ie, MBTI, Korn Ferry ALP, Clifton StrengthsFinder, Hogan or DiSC this would be a huge benefit.
