I have recently been briefed on a Part-Time Learning and Development Manager role within a fantastic professional services property firm based in the city. The role will report to the HR Director and sit within a fun, engaging, collaborative, all-around wonderful HR team that we know very well.

The L&D Manager role is a fantastic new role within the business, joining an HR team of 9 where you will be a key addition as the firm continues to grow.
As the L&D manager, it will be your responsibility to lead on all training and development initiatives, working closely with the firm's leadership team to help them provide expert support to help their employees attain their full potential to increase their productivity and job satisfaction, as well as to develop methods for identifying critical talent, succession planning, and skill shortages.

This is an exciting opportunity that will have you designing and delivering internal business skills training, as well as collaborating with external providers to develop a comprehensive training plan for the business across technical (CPD) and business skills. They have a well-established and successful graduate training program, and you will be in charge of APC development in collaboration with the firm's external trainer and internal HR Adviser.

I am looking to speak to an exceptional L&D specialist who has experience working within the professional services sector with a preference for property and real estate. You must have a demonstrated ability to design and deliver training with an ability to think holistically and commercially when planning talent management and training initiatives. A large part of this role will be to build rapport with the leadership team guiding and influencing throughout the way
