I am delighted to be partnering with an innovative and forward-thinking global organisation to help them recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Based in Bath but with a global remit, this organisation provides great offices to work in as well as the flexibility to work remotely. You will be part of the wider Talent Acquisition team and report directly into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. This organisation is growing, recruitment is busy across the globe, it's a great time to be joining and be part of the continued growth and success!

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support and guide managers through the global recruitment process from initial stages of job requirements and specifications to advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offers and onboarding. You will create innovative recruitment solutions and ideas ensuring excellent candidate attraction and employer branding. You will be a tech savvy recruiter who prides themselves of their levels of customer service and is passionate about the whole candidate experience.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with hiring managers globally to become the point of contact for their recruitment needs
  • Design and deliver strategies to bring the best talent to the organisation
  • Work with the wider TA team to continuously optimise efficiencies and improve candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Provide data for reporting on the metrics for the recruitment process including Time to Hire and Cost of Hire.
  • Contribute to projects that add value to the business, including diversity and inclusion, assessment, and employer branding

To be successful in this position you will have previous experience within a recruitment role with a solid understanding of how to attract and select candidates. You will be able to effectively use various methods of social media for candidate attraction and demonstrate excellent stakeholder relationship skills.

You will be a pro active team player who can work autonomously and can manage high volume recruitment needs, you will be comfortable in working within different time zones and will have exceptional standards to ensure a positive candidate experience for everyone. Your creative thinking and unique ability to think differently for those hard to fill vacancies will be a huge asset. Your drive and determination along with your recruitment expertise will allow you to enjoy a very successful and rewarding role.

Salary is up to £35K + Benefits
