As an important team within our Human Resources function, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for end to end delivery aligned to hiring demands. Based in locations across UK, the team focus on direct sourcing channels to create a best in class candidate experience, in the most cost-effective way. As the Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will work closely with team members to support the attraction and acquisition of high calibre talent. Providing best in class candidate experience and acting as a brand ambassador for recruitment at the company internally and externally.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical hiring strategy, updating the recruitment status and ensuring tight alignment with the business plans for our growth.
Support a best in class hiring approach and strategy to achieve our annual hiring plan that emphasises scale, quality and speed of hires and vibrant Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Support and feed into accurate and regular Management Information (MI) of recruitment activities to the Managing Director, HR Business Partner and Consultant Management Team (CMT). These reports will enable the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment process is managed in line with key targets and that any blockers or escalations are visible and escalated to avoid impact on time to hire and key business objectives.
Support and lead at on the full recruitment process and on senior and critical hiring particularly through direct sourcing.
Work in partnership with our recruitment vendors as required to support our delivery. This will include creating recruitment material for external candidates, agencies and partners whilst reducing overall reliance on agency support.
Upskill interview managers and ensure they are talent ambassadors delivering exceptional candidate journeys through support, mentorship and interview and selection training
Ensure the company use our ATS platform to maximum effect and keeping abreast of innovations in tooling across the market. You will continuously improve your knowledge of key tooling techniques such as LinkedIn, job board platforms etc to ensure you are accessing the widest pools of talent available, in the quickest time.
Ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met with regards to recruitment
Work with the wider Human Resources function to ensure key aspects of the Employee Lifecycle are promoted for maximum engagement.
