Our client, an incredibly well funded start-up with a global footprint, is seeking to several Talent Acquisition Business Partners to help them establish their recruitment capability in the U.S. as they have just launched in the U.S. market with plans for significant scaling. This company is one of the hottest new tech start-ups in the market with a goal of an imminent IPO. It is incredibly well-capitalized and already has considerable scale globally.
As they plan to grow in the U.S. market, they are looking to hire several talent acquisition business partners to support what is a very small footprint at present, but will be quite considerable in the near future. They essentially need to over hire for the role, as the pace at which they intend to scale in the U.S. will result in this individual having a much larger and more considerable scope of responsibility within the next 6-12 months. The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring for either sales, IT, or corporate functions (or experience working across all these functional areas), with proven experience handling a high volume of open requisitions and strong direct sourcing capabilities while working as part of a team to build out the recruitment infrastructure. 3+ years of experience in a tech-enabled start-up would be ideal, ideally with some longevity in roles so as to be proven in working on the front lines of a scaling organization. Our client is looking to pay a competitive salary for top talent which will be inclusive of base salary, bonus, and equity.
