I'm currently partnering with a leading Global Financial Services listed entity with approximately $2 trillion in assets across a diversified portfolio of financial products to a client base of 69M. My client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Operations Consultant in this newly created role to partner with operations in EMEA, APAC and Canada. This Lead role is directly responsible for the delivery and execution of the business operations from a back-end perspective.
This isn't a Talent Acquisition role in the traditional sense. Instead, it's responsible for ensuring execution across several key pillars, being policy and process, risk and governance, ATS/technology, recruiter capability and upskilling, enablement and playing the role of strategic influencer on behalf of your geographical client base. This requires the ability to work in a heavily matrixed and regulated environment, working closely with the TA teams and senior stakeholders to understand and drive transparency around operational performance, identifying and implementing process improvements to drive the efficiency of candidate and client experience.
To be considered for this role you must possess a proven track record firstly in recruiting itself across multiple international locations, the understanding of recruitment strategies, frameworks, and the end-to-end recruitment process; as well as experience working within operational recruitment, so you have the ability to identify and understand issues including risk, analyse data and provide solutions to ensure simplification and conformity to geographical legislative and cultural needs. With clear and proactive communication, you will be comfortable working within a large and complex corporate environment. You will ideally have a financial or professional services background along with Workday.
