An renowned MNC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team either based in Shenzhen, China.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the TA manager will be working closely with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and providing advice on talent acquisition strategies. He/she is responsible for managing working relationships with external vendors and monitoring activity levels and providing reports periodically. Projects involvement would include driving internal staff referral program and employer branding. This role will also be a key driver in maintaining best recruitment practice in accordance to the firm's culture standards.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
This TA manager should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in Talent Acquisition. He/she will need to have high proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
