Our client, a major Fortune 100 company and leader in their industry, is looking for a high performing Senior Vice President of Human Resources based onsite at their Dallas headquarters. The role will set the tone for HR/People strategy while leading a large team of direct reports in support of a global employee remit of over 30,000. The ideal candidate will have strong global HR experience across North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM with demonstrated success in the management & development of high performing teams. Experience from the manufacturing (or similar) sector and/or supporting large employee populations in the non-exempt and/or skilled trades arena is a requirement. The role is considered an integral part of leadership and will be sitting onsite at their newly renovated offices. This role will lead the business in the areas of engagement, diversity & inclusion, workforce strategy, analytics, organizational design, talent management, retention and beyond.
