A leading global professional services business is now looking to hire a Wellness & Wellbeing expert in a newly created role to join their wider HR benefits team to lead on all their global wellness initiatives and drive their employee wellbeing to the next level. Reporting into the Global Benefits Director and linking in with regional HR D's and local D&I and L&D teams, your key duties will be to design a wellbeing and mental health strategy that's globally aligned and locally relevant and oversee the firm's portfolio of providers within the health space. You'll play a key role in reviewing employee centric policies ensuring the firm is delivering on it's commitments for LBGTI communities and its obligations within the UN Standard Charter and Mental Health Charter. As a senior manager, you will have responsibility to manage the investment the firm makes in and delivery of clinical services related to wellness, including exercise programs, stress reduction, health education, health promotion and prevention management of chronic conditions for its employees and lead on employee education for enabling positive Mental Health. You will be expected to have a core strength in leading and planning implementation workgroups and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

As a result, the firm is looking to meet Wellbeing champions from Benefits Consulting who are able to develop and apply metrics to evidence the effectiveness of health and wellbeing programme change and who have prior experience of creating a global wellness taskforce and health ambassadors to cascade initiatives across a global workforce. It is expected you will have multi-year experience of developing and implementing comprehensive health programs with an emphasis on program development, motivational techniques, lifestyle intervention and evaluation. Extensive knowledge of global benefit plan design to include EMEA, US and APAC is required, as is extensive knowledge of the principles, theories and practice of health promotion, lifestyle and behavior modification and disease/condition management.
