I am delighted to be partnering with one of largest national charities within healthcare that specialise in providing support via healthcare and guidance to people with life changing conditions. They are looking to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team.

As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will work with the senior leadership team to deliver across all the senior hiring priorities and create and implement talent acquisition strategies including the search strategy, assessment, targeting, benchmark and end to end selection of senior appointments within the organisation. You will have three talent acquisition leads reporting into you who you will coach and support on all aspects of the teams work in the direct acquisition of talent. You will work in partnership with other HR members including the business partners, shared service and talent team in L&D to grow talent pipelines across the business and identify new methods of attracting great talent.

A pivotal role within the Talent team you will work closely with stakeholders across the business on their hiring needs including the CEO and Executive team, focusing on a high level of service you will have the ability to build these relationships efficiently and effectively. Within this role you will oversee all recruitment campaigns to make sure the team are fulfilling the talent needs across the organisation and offering input and guidance where necessary. You will work closely with the HR team in order to maintain the Diversity and Inclusion strategy is smoothly linked to the recruitment and talent process and ensure you are up to date with any new requirements in this space. The organisation is going through an exciting transformation phase and in order to support this you will work on selection strategies that support the change and maintain the employee value proposition whilst continuing to maintain an excellent service both internally and externally.

To be successful in this role you will have recruited to executive level either in house or via a search firm environment and will have been working at a senior level. You will be able to demonstrate your experience working on recruitment campaigns and the link to employee value proposition. You will have had exposure working with internal teams such as HR, L&D or Talent teams in order to look at the broader workforce planning piece and have a good understanding of current Diversity and Inclusion recruitment selection tools. You will have the ability to talent map, talent pipeline and target passive candidates via headhunting and social media. Salary: £52,000 - £55,000
