We are pleased to be working with a leading management consultancy, to find them a Senior Specialist in their People Analytics team. This exciting role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the strategic commercial, economic and talent priorities of the UK/EMEA/Global populations. This is achieved through providing data and analytical insight to inform joined-up planning, timely understanding of performance and improved decision making. The team works closely with both the Talent and Finance teams and related EMEA/Global teams - drawing on the latest systems and reporting capabilities and feeding back knowledge into the global system. Key duties will cover: Talent: supporting the Talent team (and the broader business) in understanding all aspects of Talent metrics, be a power user, and support development of the "Talent Dashboard" and provide support in creating quarterly "Talent reviews" - providing metrics on trends, new issues, success of previous initiatives and shaping priorities for the coming months. Workforce Planning and Delivery: Own, maintain and update the London headcount model to meet the evolving needs of the business, and new systems. Lead on additional forecasting, ad-hoc analysis and tool development to further support the business e.g. diversity forecasting, practice areas forecasting. As a result the business is looking to meet candidates with great attention to detail, the ability to work well in a team, whilst also autonomously driving a high quality output of data. The successful candidate should be a self-starter, with a capability of understanding and manipulating systems and data, have a natural curiosity for understanding trends and relationships and good communication skills. This role will suit someone looking to build on a natural affinity for and experience with systems and data, and further develop analytical, communication and big-picture thinking skillset in a professional services environment.
