A newly created Senior Reward Manager role is now available at a leading professional services business. Having grown steadily over the last 10 years, this firm now enjoys a footprint of c30 offices across EMEA and APAC, employing some 3,500 staff. This role will support across all staff compensation levels (including Partner) and will focus purely on compensation matters, including delivering the annual salary review and merit bonus cycle, lead on the annual D&I report (e.g. gender/ethnicity pay report) and run equal pay reviews. The role will lead on UK salary benchmarking (WTW) and provide market data expertise to the HR and Talent teams when grading new roles. As a result the firm is looking to meet experienced reward managers who have a deep understanding of reward operations gained within professional services, including familiarity with benchmarking and using market data surveys to support calibration and the modelling of future roles. Key skills and experience are advanced Excel skills (to include Pivot Tables and VLookups), delivery of at least 3 annual salary cycles and direct line management experience. Location is Bank but the firm are happy to have this role supported remotely, or from any of their UK office locations.
