We are delighted to be supporting a global financial services businesses who are now recruiting for a Senior Reward Analyst/Junior Reward Manager to join their London HQ and help build-out their Reward offering. Reporting into the Reward Manager, you'll assist on the preparations for, and execution of, the Annual Compensation Review including all modelling activities and market data analysis/submissions. You'll manage the completion of a variety of different external salary and benefit surveys to allow the company to identify and monitor its relative position in the market and make any necessary adjustments to remain competitive. You will lead on designated Reward projects, including supporting the set-up and management of the job evaluation framework (WTW) and job grading system and provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on specific pay and benefits issues, supporting the implementation of frameworks as appropriate and ensuring compliance to guidelines and processes. You will contribute to the design of effective reward tools and processes to aid managers in the consistent and fair reward of employees. As a result the business is looking to meet experienced Reward Analysts with a proven track record of working in an international company/division with employees located in different countries. Experience of modelling pay scenarios and preparing new hire compensation packages is essential, as is experience with job evaluation (WTW framework preferred), levelling and supporting the annual compensation review process, including management of variable pay and benefits, together with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
