This position will report in to the HR Compensation team and manage the HRIS platform of applications including our two keys systems Workday and Beqom, help in executing on our HR technology strategy, and work closely with a variety of internal clients to provide meaningful analytics, exhibits, research and value-add reports.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Very strong analytical, presentation and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manipulate, manage and formulate data in Excel (Vlookup, Indexing, Sumproduct, Pivot Tables, Graphs/Charts)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and deliver within specified deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive approach to daily work and projects
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • High energy, motivated self-starter
  • Strong team player


DESIRED BACKGROUND/EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 to 4 years of previous experience in an analytical role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with technology systems and prior experience managing corporate databases or HRIS applications is strongly preferred


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HRIS systems management and maintenance - ensuring a high level of data integrity pertaining to employee information, Workday experience a plus
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper work-flow between functions
  • Will also act as Systems Administrator managing settings and security throughout
  • Work closely with IT group to design systems enhancements, testing new functionality, business process improvement, and general troubleshooting of current HRIS platform
  • Writes, maintains, and supports a library of HR reports that can easily be accessed and utilized by various groups including the HR team and business units.
  • Act as main point of contact for all headcount and any other employee data related requests and inquiries including responsibility for preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partners to assess reporting needs and create ad-hoc reports and reporting dashboards
