We are working with a global professional services business who are appointing a role to manage and lead their global HR projects as part of a wider team. Based in London the role will operate in the office two to three days a week with the balance remote. The role has a strong focus on project and programme management, combined with the ability to influence, advise and guide senior stakeholders across different locations and time zones.
Managing budgets, liaising with colleagues within the finance function and a strong financial acumen are core essentials for the role. The opportunity is one to be part of a senior leadership team, influencing and shaping the HR function at a senior level. Critical for consideration in this role is a background as a management consultant within the area of HR coming from the Big 4 or similar, large management consultancy firm. The role would map well for a senior manager looking to take their first step in-house from consultancy.
