Our client is a European headquartered Professional Services firm with a base in Singapore. They have engaged our services exclusively to find a new Senior HR Manager to lead a growing workforce, an expanding HR team and support the senior leaders across the business.

You will drive the talent agenda, diversity, engagement, a robust and effective performance process, engagement, and ensure internal processes are streamlined and accessible to the business.

This is a 360 role where you will have end to end ownership of all aspects of HR from operations through to executing strategy and acting as a project lead across APAC. This is a start-up environment in Asia so there will be new processes to drive and set up as the organisation matures, such as revamping people-centric processes.

You have an opportunity to make an impact, take a lead in areas that you feel would add value to the business and APAC as a whole. The successful candidate will drive a proactive and strategic HR service for the business. There is real appetite for this person to act as a thought leader and add strategic value to the client base.

You will be part of a wider HR team who are fun, friendly and down to earth - they are a great client of ours! The business is flat and the leaders are accessible. You will drive your presence from Singapore and embed yourself into your team on the ground in Singapore as well as those that are remotely based.

Singapore is a key growth market for the business so there will be growth and a spotlight on talent and culture. You will own the operations through to strategy for the Singapore population and liaise with your global counterparts.

The population is made up of entrepreneurial, bright and engaging professionals who are not hieratical. Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy and operations across APAC.
