A leading international law firm is currently seeking a Senior HR Manager (12 months) to support the HR Director in managing the HR function in London. The role is covering a maternity leave for 12 months and the team would like someone to join by the end of August ideally.
The HR function is London manages everything from all employee relations matters, performance management, recruitment, talent and reward & benefits.
As Senior HRM you will be responsible for acting as a key business partner to the London office and support the fee earning population, including the COO and Managing Partner in London. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the annual salary and bonus review process, supporting the firm's appraisal process, advising on ER issues such as disciplinary and grievances and managing Workday.
The role has two direct reports (HR Officer and HR Administrator) and you will also be expected to be part of the post-Brexit task force and lead on additional HR projects as and when required. This role would suit an individual with strong technical skills who is comfortable on excel and happy working with numbers.
You must have a legal background to be considered for this role, and ideally supported fee-earning populations previously. You must also be able to demonstrate your knowledge of employment law as well as experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing at that level.
