About the client
Our client is a prestigious and renowned global player in the Engineering sector. They are currently looking to recruit an outstanding and dynamic senior HR executive to join their team.
Reporting directly to the HR director, you will be required to provide full spectrum of HR services to support the admin and corporate team in areas of manpower sourcing, engagement, on-boarding etc. This role requires you to set monitor internal HR systems and databases. Another important aspect of this role is to review, recommend and implement improvement initiatives continuously to enhance the HR system and processes.
The Successful Applicant
To be succeed in this role, ideally you will need to possess a minimum of 4 years HR experience. The ideal candidate should also be meticulous, analytical, self-motivated and a team player. It would be preferred if the successful candidate is proficient with Microsoft Office suite or relate software and with or the ability to learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
