A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a global software and technology business so a Senior HR Business Partner to join the London based team and support an EMEA wide population. This role will be aligned to the software group and will report directly in to the SVP of HR for EMEA & APAC. It is an excellent opportunity to work closely with both HR and business leadership and partner the EMEA software business on a commercial and strategic level.
The Senior HR Business Partner will partner a multi-country client group and develop successful partnerships with in country leaders to drive the people agenda. This will including developing and implementing a performance management process and continuous development culture, strategic talent pipelining and recruitment, reward processes and annual reviews, HR process improvement and policy compliance, organisational development and effectiveness, management and leadership development and change management.
This is a great, fully generalist, business partnering role with lots of opportunity to make an impact in a high-growth area of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have previously operated within a similar role in the software space and understand the nuances and lifecycle of a software business.
