Our client, a gaming company located in San Francisco, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support about 200 employees in their Ads & Sales organization. This person will be involved in everything from talent planning, succession planning, change management, DEI, culture design, employee engagement, performance management, etc. This person will be a trusted advisor to the business so strong relationship building skills along with credibility, empathy and patience combined with assertiveness and confidence will be the right personality fit to succeed in this role. Tech, gaming and/or entertainment industry experience a plus but open. Our client is operating in a hybrid model and this role will require 2 days in the office. A competitive base salary and bonus are offered.
