Leading financial services firm, headquartered in Sydney has an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support their global technology group.
The scope of the role is both strategic advisory as well as tactical and will require you to leverage your proven experience across the disciplines of people, culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion, reward and employee relations.
Broadly, responsibilities will range from delivering on divisional people initiatives and cyclical activities, including aligning performance, capability, talent and reward, through to business strategy; collaboration on business initiatives, providing divisional input into Group-wide programs and pro-actively taking ownership & management pf projects.
With significant HR Business Partnering experience, working with senior business leaders and building strong relationships you will have very strong stakeholder management & influencing skills, ideally in a matrixed environment.
With a pragmatic, delivery-focussed style and excellent judgement, you enjoy providing an exceptional experience by going above and beyond in your role which has a lasting and positive impact across the business. Relevant tertiary qualifications & well-developed analytical skills are required.
