This is a true business partner role with its own client group of two hundred, providing key support for the firm's Global Markets Group. Reporting into the Head of HR for the Americas, this is a very prominent and visible role with endless growth opportunity in the long term.
To be successful, this hire will proactively engage stakeholders and build relationships while offering skilled support and management of revenue driving groups. They will move seamlessly between talent management initiatives, day to day HR activities including employee relations and strategic consultation around recruiting and year end compensation processes. They will have the opportunity to manage one HR resource and participate in HR initiatives spanning systems enhancements, data and reporting, and various global projects.
The ideal candidate will possess 6 or more years as an HR Business Partner specifically in Financial Services and who has spend some of those years supporting the front office. Low ego, excellence-driven, positive and collegial individuals thrive here in this big fish smaller pond environment. And excellent HR Operations team sitting alongside the strategic business partner function mean their HRBPs can focus solely on the people agenda.
