We have a current opportunity for a Senior Business Partner on a fixed term contract basis to cover maternity. The position will be based in London ideally but the model is Hybrid, so not every day. For further information about this position please apply.
The organisation have in the past few years implemented an Ulrich model and put in place HR BP's to make the HR function more aligned to the business needs and impactful. As a senior BP you will have a strategic focus, working closely with c-suite stakeholders to shape and deliver people change and initiatives. The business partnering model is still bedding in and so you will still receive many queries from managers and employees who will require your assistance with sign posting the correct process and why? for this reason we are keen to speak with candidate who have already worked at this level in a similar model and understand the challenges and frustrations of changes in process.
You will work on the annual people agenda, implementing strategy into your key business areas, each of which feel a little different, you will be leveraging relationships and data from centres of excellence and working on exciting initiatives such as the implementation of a new performance management process, D&I and restructuring.
