This Senior HR Advisor role will cover a maternity leave over a 12 month period and deliver the full suite of HR projects and responsibilities for all employees. Key stakeholder management at Partner level will be commonplace as well as supporting the Chief HR Officer in implementing the People Strategy across the business.
You will the go to HR contact for matters related to talent, performance, workforce planning and compensation.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have a strong grounding in an HR generalist capacity and will ideally have legal or professional services sector experience from a global company. Alternatively, you will have experience of working for a strong multinational.
This role requires an immediate start so you will be available at short notice.
