Our client, a leader in the Financial Technology (FinTech) space, is expanding their team and bringing on a Senior Compensation Analyst to help them actualize their global Comp strategy, based out of their headquarters in New York City. The organization is very well known in the Financial Services space but has been steadily expanding as a leading Technology firm, which is readily apparent in their agile and entrepreneurial culture as well as in their technical infrastructure.
This role is the newest addition to a 5 person Compensation team that helps design and execute their global compensation program. The highly analytical role itself will focus on the foundational aspects of Compensation ranging from analysing market data and internal equity, partnering with the business on job classification and salary administration, participating in year-end compensation review, administering their Incentive Management System, and owning ad hoc projects as needed.
Bear in mind this is not an entry-level role, and only candidates with 3+ years of demonstrated experience in HR compensation will be considered. The applicant should have excellent analytical and systems skills, including heavy experience in Excel (pivot tables, macros etc) as well as an ability and drive to operate in a growing, cutting edge, agile professional environment.
