Based on site, you will be fundamental in the development and promotion of the safety culture. Primarily responsible for developing and implementing safety improvement programs across the business, you will also carry out performance reporting, develop and implement health and safety training and undertake health and safety audits and contractor management. This diverse role will set you up for success as it will give great exposure to a broad scope of HSE activity.

Handling conversations with confidence and demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills, time management and the art of managing a wide range of stakeholders across the business are all crucial to success in this position. You will have 5-7 years' experience within medium to large organisations ideally within a heavy industry at site level. You will demonstrate experience in the planning, development and implementation of health and safety compliance programs and management systems
