Our client, an International Financial Services firm, are looking for a Reward Specialist to join their London Reward team. This new role has been created to support the delivery of the firms broad-based and executive Reward programmes.
Reporting directly into the Head of Reward, you will develop a broad and varied remit, supporting on the delivery of the year-end compensation review, carrying out market benchmarking, supporting on the development of the RemCo papers, ensuring the year-end process is run in accordance with the Financial Services Regulations (CRD IV etc.), and act as a go-to point of contact for key stakeholders in the business for Reward & Executive Reward queries. In addition you will help to drive change and optimise processes across the regulatory and executive compensation function, creating analytics as required and sharing key data with all stakeholders.
As a result the business is looking to meet candidates who are already working as a Reward Analyst or Senior Analyst who have significant experience delivering the year-end compensation review process, and those who would be keen to learn regulatory & executive compensation. Excellent analytical skills are required and you will be able to produce meaningful reports from multiple data streams.
