A newly created role has become available at a global Professional Services firm, located at trendy offices in the City. The dynamic and forward-thinking firm are seeking a Reward Programmes Manager to join their growing global Reward team. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will lead on the review and development of the Reward programmes and incentives offered globally, to support the firms high performance and growth goals for over 10,000 staff across 70+ countries.
You will bring the Reward strategy to life, developing and continually evolving the Reward programmes, policies and procedures to ensure they align with, and support the delivery of the businesses key objectives. You will manage the range of incentive plans across the business globally, ensuring that they optimise staff performance and inspire employees to excel, developing and creating new initiatives where needed. As part of this process, you will ensure the HRIS is being utilised effectively by the Reward team, and carry out regular management information and trend analyses to underpin these business improvements.
You will have prior experience in the delivery of Reward programmes for a global business, including experience in the design of incentive schemes and roll out of these schemes across multiple countries. You will be an excellent communicator, able to liaise confidently with stakeholders across a business to coordinate the successful implementation of Reward initiatives. You will be an agile, adaptable individual, with a proactive approach and eager to take the initiative and drive the Reward strategy forward for this global firm.
