We are delighted to be supporting a global FinTech business who are now looking to recruit a Reward Manager to take responsibility for their Share Plans, both in the administration of the scheme's but also act as the SME across the business for educating other members of the HR team and coaching stakeholders. Key duties will see you oversee management of the Company's employee share award scheme(s); create and deliver new RSU scheme plan rules; ensure scheme plan compliance; oversee monthly reporting and reconciliation, working closely with the wider Reward team, Finance department and People Operations team to ensure accuracy and appropriate payroll disclosures, oversee preparation of annual share scheme tax returns and annual employment tax return (PAYE Settlement Agreement); act as the escalation point for employee queries and partner relationships. Support the VP, Reward in undertaking modelling to inform both the design and allocation of future schemes including preparing recommendation papers for the Board and RemCo; support the Reward Team in the design/enhancement/administration of broader incentive schemes and manage/coach the share scheme Reward Analyst. As a result the business is looking to meet experienced Reward Managers with extensive experience of managing global share schemes (ideally Growth Shares and RSUs) within a private company, experience of managing share schemes both pre- and post-IPO would be advantageous. You will be highly numerate with a keen attention to detail, with an understanding of the importance of employee share schemes within the employee reward proposition, you will have an understanding of various employee share mechanisms and taxation and be able to comfortably communicate Growth Share mechanics to colleagues, participants and leadership. You will be comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and hold a relevant qualification in share plan management.
