A famous FTSE 100 healthcare, research and development business is now looking to recruit a Reward Manager to join their specialist compensation and benefits team. Supporting c7,000 staff spread across the UK and Europe, this role will see you will provide consultancy and analytical support to the compensation team as well as internal clients and liaise with local and global project teams to accomplish compensation objectives. Reporting to the Regional Reward Director, you will play a pivotal role as a partner to internal clients providing consultative support for compensation concepts and benchmarking. Working closely with HR Business Partners across various business lines, you will gain a deeper insight into the various roles and job families and provide analysis in terms of marketplace benchmarking. You will manage local reward programs (ensuring they align with the overall strategic objectives) and suggest improvements to enhance impact. You will lead delivery in multi-disciplinary projects, covering a number of reward concepts, including job analysis and evaluation, benchmarking, Total Reward positioning, segmentation and present innovative solutions to challenges and gain buy-in from managers. As a result the business is looking to meet reward managers who can design commercial sales incentives plans together with expert knowledge of compensation policies, process and procedures. Essential is experience of working within a multi-national, multi-division corporation. Any exposure to managing reward-related M&A activities would be advantageous.
