The Reward Manager will provide expert advice and analysis to the HR team and managers across the business and is responsible for ensuring successful design, implementation and maintenance of pay structures and reward schemes ensuring compliance with prevailing employment legislation and statutory reporting requirements.
You will be responsible for delivering the total reward strategy that is aligned to business needs. You will manage all reward initiatives to include Gender Pay reporting, bench marking, job evaluation, annual pay and bonus, governance and preparing and writing of Remco papers.
To be successful in this role you will have a solid background of working within Reward and will be able to demonstrate your expertise within Reward frameworks and compensation best practice. You will have excellent analytical and excel skills along with the ability to influence at all levels. You will have experience of drafting and writing of REMCO papers and be used to working to tight deadlines and delivering accurate and high quality solutions.
Salary for this role is £50,000 - £58,000 + bonus depending on the experience you bring to the role. My client is offering flexible working to include working from home and an excellent benefits package.
