A rapidly growing and dynamic global professional services firm, they are seeking a Reward Analyst to join them in their Central London offices to support with their international Compensation and Benefits initiatives. This would be a great opportunity for someone with International Payroll experience to develop their career in Reward. It is initially a 6 month fixed term contract but is very likely to be extended or made permanent.
You will support annual cyclical reward processes for several UK and international markets, including salary and bonus reviews, compensation and benefits benchmarking and gender pay reporting. You will manage several small international payrolls and support the business in moving staff internationally. In addition to managing operational Reward processes, you will also support the team with strategic initiatives.
Your experience of managing international payrolls will be heavily relied upon by the business. Your previous experience of Compensation and Benefits will allow you to hit the ground running and have an immediate impact. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, and will need excellent relationship management skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
