A reputable high-tech pharmaceutical MNC is looking for a regional HRBP based in their Hong Kong office.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will be managing the high-level HR initiatives from Leadership Capability, to Talent framework, policy review, Engagement and Retention. This HRBP will work closely with the management team and is also the key point of contact for any HR-related and ER-related matter. He/she will also be responsible for managing various HR global projects such Development Programs, and OD Designs to support the business growth. The company has plans to expand their Asia footprint in 5 years' time.
The successful applicant:
Ideally, you should have at least 12+ years of progressive HR experience in the a similar industry such as Pharmaceutical/High-tech companies. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders. Management experience is also required in this role.
