- Circa $230,000 per annum, excluding attractive variable bonus
About Our Client
Our client is a globally recognised FMCG organisation with extensive presence in Asia Pacific. There is an exciting opportunity for a high level commercial HR Leader to play a critical role in support their high growth markets.
Reporting to the Asia President and leading a high calibre HR team, the Regional HR Director will be an advisor to the Executive and Regional Leadership teams to understand potential and/or challenges in Asia Pacific markets, and design and execute strategic HR business plans to support their objectives. This will include working with Global HQ and Counterparts to establish an international collaborative culture to support business growth, talent and leadership development programmes and talent mobility. Regional HR Director should provide strong leadership and mentorship to the HR teams in the region.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate should have at least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably from FMCG, FMCG Manufacturing or similar industry. You should have a proven track record in supporting and driving a high growth and matrix environment. You possesses an analytical and problem solution mindset to partner and influence a diverse leadership team, as well as ability to drive a high performance culture and excellence in HR.
