About Our Client
Our client is a globally recognised Professional Services company with strong footprints in Asia Pacific region. With a consistent growth in the business and focus on innovating HR practices across their markets, there is a need to recruit for a high calibre HR Business Partner to support their South East Asia markets.
Reporting to the Regional HR Lead and managing a team of HR professionals across SEA, the HR Business Partner will work closely with the regional leadership team to provide strategic advice / input and, design and implement HR roadmap and strategy to support the different markets in SEA. The HR Business Partner will also drive HR projects to facilitate their change transformation across the SEA markets. In addition, the HR Business Partner will provide leadership guidance and mentor to the wider HR team.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience, with a proven track record in driving change transformation. You possess a sharp business acumen, and able to critically evaluate commercial challenges across differing markets in SEA to influence and drive senior stakeholders. You should have prior experience in managing a team of HR professionals.
