This HR Business Partner role will cover the region and deliver the full suite of HR projects and responsibilities for all employees. Key stakeholder management at Partner level will be commonplace as well as supporting the Chief HR Officer in implementing the People Strategy across the business.
You will the go to HR contact for matters related to talent, performance, workforce planning and compensation.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have a strong grounding in HR Business Partnering and will also preferably have legal or professional services sector experience from a global company.
You must be fluent in Arabic to be considered for this position.
