I am delighted to be working with a fast paced international hospitality/leisure business based in West London on their search for a Regional HR Business Partner to cover the South of the UK.
In this new role you will cover multiple sites across the region, reporting to the Head of HR for the UK. You will work closely with the Regional management team to create and shape people plans, building a high performing culture.
You will be the first point of contact for a number of sites, providing broad generalist support in areas such as business improvement and change, culture and engagement, driving HR operational excellence, Recruitment, L&D, Talent and Succession and ER. A key area of focus is to improve management capability across the region.
What you need to succeed
In order to hit the ground running and add immediate value you will have previous experience within a fast moving, multi-site customer facing business such as hospitality, leisure or retail. You are a HR Business Partner with experience in all areas of the employee lifecycle and will have previous experience in a multi site or regional role. You will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills as well as a clear understanding of how HR can deliver commercial business value, with the ability to demonstrate your commerical results via metrics and KPIs.
This is a key hire for this organisation in which you will partner with regional managers and operational managers, supporting them in achieving their goals through considered, well planned HR initiatives and therefore you will have commercial acumen, strong influencing skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset and be a natural problem solver.
This role is based out of West London. Although you will not be expected to travel 5 days a week, you will need to be comfortable with travel across the South of the UK as and when required.

Salary: up to £65,000 + Car allowance + Bonus & Benefits
