About Our Client
We are working with one of the global Oil & Gas manufacturers to recruit for a high calibre Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager to support their Asia growth and complexities.
This role will be based in Jurong and require 30% travel.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Global Compensation & Benefits Director, the Regional C&B Manager will work closely with the senior stakeholders to understand and conceptualise effective C&B initiatives and/or policies to support their Asia markets, including working with HR Leaders or HR Business Partners to adopt the necessary localisation of the differing markets. The Regional C&B Manager will take a lead in global / regional projects to support the business, evaluate and recommends the necessary changes to policies or practice to ensure market competitiveness.
The Successful Candidate
You have at least 8 years of Compensation & Benefits background, preferably in an industrial, oil & gas or similar set up. You have a strong C&B foundation to be able to review, design and implement effective directions and strategies to support the business as well as an indepth knowledge of Asia Pacific markets. You have excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate across all levels in the organisation in Asia and other international offices. You should work well under pressure, and able to be strategic and hands on when necessary.
